We wanted you to know how pleased we are with the entire process of purchasing our panels. The quality, workmanship and attention to detail are more than we expected. We are very happy with how the panels highlight our north woods wall sculpture, which can be seen in a couple of the pictures. Your staff was very helpful from our first inquiry to the final shipping. But one aspect that was truly unexpected and very appreciated is when I contacted Julia and informed her that our contractor said that he needed the railings within an extremely short timeframe of just over a week. I expected to receive the usual response that you would try to get them done as soon as possible, but that time frame just wasn’t realistic. However, Julia told me that she would do what ever she needed to do to get the panels to us when they were needed, and they actually arrived within the time requested.
