A Design & Reservation Fee secures your pricing and a fabrication window
Time in this step: 1–2 weeks
Step 2 — Final Measurements & Fabrication Slot
We coordinate with your builder when your home is ready.
When framing or posts are set, you or your contractor contact us
Final measurements are taken using our simple checklist
We finalize drawings for approval and lock you into a fabrication slot
A Fabrication Deposit commits steel, laser time, and shop time
Build time after measure: 3-4 weeks
Step 3 — Build, Finish & Ship
We build everything in Bozeman and ship it to your site.
You approve the final drawings
We cut, weld, powder coat, and inspect your panels
We package and ship to you or your builder
Installation guidelines included
Final balance due before shipment

Most custom balcony panels range from $175–$295 per linear foot, depending on mounting style and height.
Panels over 36” tall are more expensive
