Step 1:
Share Your Idea & Space

Tell us what you want the sign to say and where it will live.

    • Tell us what text you want: ranch name, family name, address, brand

    • Choose a general style: western scene, classic brand, animals, mountains

    • Tell us where it will go: entry gate, driveway, barn wall, house, interior

    • Share rough size: Small / Medium / Large

    • (Optional) Upload a photo of your gate or existing brand/logo

    • Review your ideas and photos

    • Recommend size, layout, and mounting approach

    • Provide a clear price range before design begins

    • Typical time: 1–3 business days

    • If the price works for you, you place a 10% Design Deposit.

    • Deposit is 100% refundable if we cant create something you love.

Step 2:
Custom Design & Proof

We turn your idea into a digital proof before cutting steel.

    • Create a custom design based on your text & style

    • Include up to 2 rounds of revisions

    • Confirm final size, mounting holes, and finish

    • Schedule your fabrication slot

    • Review the proof we send (to scale)

    • Request layout or spacing tweaks

    • Approve the final design for production

    • Typical design time: 2-4 business days

    • Deposit: Design & Production.

      You approve the final design, and pay a 50% Production Deposit to move into fabrication

Step 3:
Build, Finish & Ship

We build your sign in metal and ship it ready to install.

    • Cut sign from heavy steel

    • Clean edges + add mounting holes

    • Powder coat for durability

    • Package & ship to your property

    • At this stage, your sign is in production. You simply wait for it to be completed.

    • Make any installation arrangements required.

    • Fabrication time: 3–4 weeks

    • Final 40% Payment is not due until the sign is finished and ready to ship.

    • Shipping: 3–5 days in the U.S.
