Custom Ranch & Entry Signs
Your entrance sign is the first thing people see when they arrive. Our job is to make getting a custom metal ranch sign simple and predictable. You always know what happens next and when you pay.
Step 1: Ideas, Price Range, and 10% Design Deposit
What you do
You tell us what the sign should say: ranch name, family name, brand, address, or business name. You tell us where the sign will go, such as an entry gate, driveway, barn wall, house, or interior wall. You let us know the rough size: small for a porch or wall, medium for a single gate, or large for a driveway entrance. You can also send a photo of your entrance and any existing brand or logo.
What we do
We review your ideas and photos, recommend the best size, layout, and mounting for your space, and give you a clear price before anything is designed.
Money and timing
If the price works for you, you place a 10% Design Deposit. This deposit is fully credited toward your final sign. If we cannot produce a design you love, we refund the 10% and you owe nothing.
Typical turnaround for this step: 1-3 business days.
Step 2: Custom Design & Proof
We turn your idea into a proof that you can see before we ever cut steel.
What we do
We create a custom design based on your text, brand, and preferred style, include up to TWO rounds of revisions, and confirm final size, mounting hole locations, and finish color
Additional revisions may require an additional fee
What you do
You review the digital proof we send, request any tweaks to layout, spacing, or elements, and approve the final design for production.
Timing & money
Typical design time is 2-4 business days after the 10% deposit.
When you approve the final design, you pay a 50% Production Deposit. At this point, you have paid 60% of the total and your sign is officially scheduled in our shop.
Once approved, your design is locked in, and your steel, cutting time, and powder coat slot are reserved.
This step removes guessing during construction. You get locked-in drawings and a confirmed fabrication slot before anything is cut, so the project stays predictable.
Step 3: Build, Finish & Ship
We build your sign in metal and ship it ready to install.
What you do
At this point, your sign is in our production queue, and your part is simple. You wait while we build and finish your sign. When we let you know that it is finished, boxed, and ready to ship, you pay the remaining 40% balance. After it arrives, you or your contractor installs it on your posts, gate, or wall.
What we do
We cut your sign from heavy steel, clean the edges, and add mounting holes. We powder coat it in your chosen color for outdoor durability. We package it securely and prepare it for shipment, then coordinate shipping to your property or fabricator and provide tracking information.
Timing & money
Typical fabrication time is 3 to 4 weeks from design approval. Shipping time inside the United States is usually 3 to 5 days. The final 40% payment is not due until your sign is finished and ready to leave our shop.
