Custom Ranch & Entry Signs
Your entrance sign is the first thing people see when they arrive. Our job is to make getting a custom metal ranch sign simple and enjoyable, even if you have a very specific idea in mind. We handle the hard parts
Step 1: Share Your Idea & Space
Tell us what you want the sign to say and where it will live
What you do
Tell us what text you want: ranch name, family name, address, or brand.
Choose a general style: classic brand, western scene, animals, mountains, etc.
Tell us where it will go: entry gate, driveway, barn wall, house, or interior wall.
Share a rough size:
Small (porch or wall)
Medium (single gate)
Large (driveway / main entrance)
Optional: Upload a photo of your gate or entrance and any existing brand or logo.
What we do
Review your ideas and photos.
Recommend a size, layout, and mounting approach that fits the space.
Give you a clear price range before we start design.
Timing & money
Typical time in this step: 1–3 business days from your form or phone call.
No commitment until you approve moving to design.
This step gives you clarity early. You see the concept, the layout, and the budget before anything is built, so the rest of the project feels predictable.
Step 2: Custom Design & Proof
We turn your idea into a sign you can see before we ever cut steel.
What you do
Review the digital proof we send you (usually front view to scale).
Request any tweaks on layout, spacing, or elements.
Approve the final design for production.
What we do
Create a custom design based on your text, brand, and style.
Include up to 2 rounds of revisions so we can dial in picky details.
Confirm final size, mounting holes, and finish color.
Timing & money
Typical design time: 1-2 business days from payment.
A Design & Production Deposit is paid at the start of this step and goes toward your sign total.
This step reduces effort and uncertainty for your buyer: they see it, change it, and only then do you cut.
This step removes guessing during construction. You get locked-in drawings and a confirmed fabrication slot before anything is cut, so the project stays predictable even if the home build moves slowly.
Step 3: Build, Finish & Ship
We build your sign in metal and ship it ready to install.
What you do
Approve the final proof.
Pay the remaining balance before shipment.
Install on your posts, gate, or wall (or have your contractor do it).
What we do
Cut your sign from heavy steel, clean the edges, and add mounting holes.
Powder coat in your chosen color for outdoor durability.
Package and ship to your property or fabricator.
Timing & money
Typical fabrication time: 3-4 weeks from final proof approval.
Shipping time: usually 3-5 days within the U.S.
Typical Ranch Sign Timeline
Step 1: Idea & sizing: 1–3 days
Step 2: Design & proof: 2–4 days
Step 3: Build & ship: 3–4 weeks
You get to see and approve the design before anything is built. We take your ideas, text, and style, then handle all the technical details so the finished sign looks exactly the way you want, without needing to worry about the design process.
