Our artist starts once you place your 10% Design & Build Reservation. That small deposit covers the artist's time, locks in your price, and reserves your build slot. It's credited toward your sign and fully refunded if we can't create a design you love.

We use 12-gauge steel, which is just under ⅛" thick. Many cheaper sign companies use 18-gauge or thinner — our signs are built to last decades, not years.

Once your design is approved and deposit is paid, most signs ship in about 4–6 weeks from our shop in Montana. Total time from first contact to delivery is typically 5–8 weeks.

We include up to two design revisions. If we can't create a design you love after working together, we refund your 10% deposit — no questions asked.

Most customers mount their sign on existing posts or a crossbeam. We include mounting hardware and a simple instruction sheet. If you don't have posts yet, a local welder or fence builder can typically set them up in under an hour. We're happy to advise on post sizing and spacing when you order.
